About the topic:

We invite you to listen to the views of established leaders on the emerging & evolving topic of “Bitcoin” and “Blockchain”.

Blockchain has meanwhile evolved to a level where a global implementation must be expected. The idea behind is striking; sending a file instead of a copy of that file. Some say it has a comparable impact on commercial processes as the internet had on data access. Blockchain also enables to offer cryptic currencies such as Bitcoin, Ripple, Litecoin and many others. As we can imagine easily endless improvements not only in payments but also in securities or operations, it offers many new business models for all sort of industries such as music, art or entertainment. But can we really capture the risks? What are the risks for banks, for insurances, or even for a national bank and eventually for the society?

The keynote speeches will be followed by a panel discussion, Q&A and a Networking Cocktail. This event will be in English.
